技术变革视角下机械设计理论与方法课程改革与实践

【摘要】 机械设计对象的迅速变化、设计理论的不断发展、设计技术的持续进步,对机械工程专业学生的设计、实践和创新能力提出了更高要求。为保证机械设计理论与方法课程能更好地适应技术变革视角下人才培养需求,聚焦教学理念、知识体系、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价,采取“创新教学理念、重构知识体系、更新授课内容、创新教学模式、丰富考核评价”五位一体改革措施,推动课程教学由“学知识”向“强能力”转变。实践表明,改革后的课程有利于塑造学生新质设计观,可有效提升面向机械领域复杂工程问题的系统性分析、设计实践能力和创新能力。

【Abstract】 The rapid change of the object of mechanical design, the continuous development of design theory and the continuous progress of design technology have put forward higher requirements for the design, practice and innovation ability of mechanical engineering students. In order to ensure that the course of mechanical design theory and method can better meet the needs of talent training under the perspective of technological change, focusing on teaching concept, knowledge system, course content, course implementation and course evaluation, five-in-one reform measures of “innovating teaching concept, restructuring knowledge system, updating teaching content, innovating teaching mode and enriching assessment and evaluation” are adopted. Promote the transformation of curriculum teaching from “learning knowledge” to “strong ability”. The teaching practice shows that the reformed curriculum is conducive to shaping students’ new qualitative design concept, and can effectively improve the ability of systematic analysis, design practice and innovation for complex engineering problems in the mechanical field.
