【摘要】 理论教员是中国共产党教育干部、引领群众的重要力量。培养一支合格、专业的理论教员队伍是提升全党理论水平的关键。新中国成立后，党员干部理论水平低下的现实凸显了加快建设理论教员队伍的重要性。为此，中国共产党通过多种方式，渐次培养理论教员。具体举措包括：把好教员的选拔关口，吸收具有一定文化基础的党员干部；开设不同层次培训班，提升教员的理论素养；健全配套体制机制，保障理论教员的编制待遇。到1956年底，中国共产党已逐步培养出了一支德才兼备、理论扎实的教员队伍。在向社会主义社会过渡中，理论教员队伍通过开设课程、集中宣讲等方式，极大提升了党员干部的理论水平，增强了全党的理论素养，推动了中心工作的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theory teachers are an important force for the CPC to educate cadres and lead the masses.Cultivating a qualifi ed and professional team of theory teachers is a fundamental condition for improving the theoretical level of the entire party. After the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, the reality of low theoretical level among party members and cadres highlighted the importance of accelerating the construction of a team of theory teachers. To this end, the CPC has gradually trained theory teachers through various ways. The measures to cultivate theory teachers include: ensuring the selection of teachers and recruiting party members and cadres with a certain cultural foundation; offering training courses at dif ferent levels to enhance the theoretical literacy of instructors; establishing a sound supporting system and mechanism to ensure the remuneration of theoretical instructors. At the end of 1956, the CPC cultivated a team of teachers with both ability and integrity and solid theory. In the transition to a socialist society, the team of theory teachers has greatly improved the theoretical level of party members and cadres, enhanced the theoretical literacy of the entire party, and promoted the implementation of central work through courses and centralized lectures.更多还原
