【摘要】 随着城市建设的发展和既有建筑年龄的增长，需要安全鉴定房屋需越来越多，鉴定工作中的大量鉴定报告的管理和利用是一个值得研究的课题。采用数字化信息化技术对既有鉴定报告进行管理和数据挖掘是未来的房屋安全鉴定发展的一个方向。论文通过对数年的纸质鉴定文件进行数字化、关键参数的提取、数据分析，建立了鉴定报告数字化管理平台，探索了房屋安全鉴定报告数字化应用的方法，为后续鉴定报告管理、数据分析与挖掘及人工智能的应用提供了研究基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the passage of time and the development of urban construction,there are more and more houses that need safety appraisal. The management and utilization of a large number of appraisal reports in the appraisal work is a topic worth studying. With the development of information and intelligent technology,the use of digital information technology to manage the existing identification reports and data mining is the future development direction. This paper through several years of paper identification file digital,key parameter extraction,data analysis,established the archives information management platform,explore a method of building safety appraisal report digital system,for subsequent report management,data analysis and mining from the application of artificial intelligence provides the research basis.更多还原
