考虑未来环境变化的超高层建筑风效应研究

【摘要】 以杭州来福士广场双塔超高层建筑项目为案例,采用高频天平测力风洞试验方法,对比分析了周边建筑群现状环境和未来环境条件下的风致基底剪力和弯矩、楼层剪力,以及顶层峰值加速度和层间位移角等风效应的变化规律。研究表明,随着未来中下游建筑物的数量增加和布局变化,塔楼周边流动风场的湍流特性更趋复杂,塔楼表面风压更趋不均匀,从而对塔楼产生了额外的倾覆力矩和扭矩,同时增强了建筑物之间的风致干扰,加大了峰值加速度和位移角等风致响应。

【Abstract】 Taking the Hangzhou Raffles City Twin Towers super high-rise building project as an example, the high-frequency balance force measurement wind tunnel test technique was used to compare and analyze the variation law of the wind effects, including windinduced base shear forces and bending moments, floor shear forces, and the top-floor peak accelerations and inter-story displacement angles under the current and future environmental conditions of the surrounding building complex. This indicates that with the increase in the number of downstream buildings and the change of layout in the future environment, the turbulence characteristics of the wind fluid field around the towers will become more complex, and the wind pressure on the surface of the towers will become more uneven, which will generate additional overturning moment and torque on the towers, and meanwhile enhance the wind interference between buildings, and increase the wind-induced responses such as peak accelerations and displacement angles.
