维得利珠单抗联合益生菌对中重度溃疡性结肠炎患者炎性因子及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响
Effect of Vedolizumab Combined with Probiotics on Inflammatory Factors and Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Function in Patients with Moderate to Severe Ulcerative Colitis
【摘要】 目的:探讨维得利珠单抗联合益生菌治疗对中重度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者炎性因子及肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法:选择2022年3月至2024年3月,本院收治的82例中重度UC患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组使用维得利珠单抗治疗,观察组在此基础上联合益生菌治疗。比较2组疾病严重程度评分、炎症因子水平、肠黏膜屏障功能指标及安全性。结果:2组治疗前各观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组疾病严重程度评分,二胺氧化酶和D-乳酸水平,C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:UC患者采用维得利珠单抗联合益生菌治疗效果更好,有利于改善症状,减轻炎症反应,修复肠黏膜屏障功能,且不会明显增加不良反应的发生。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of vedolizumab combined with probiotics on inflammatory factors and mucosal barrier function in patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods A total of 82 patients with moderate to severe UC admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vedolizumab, while the observation group was given vedolizumab combined with probiotics.The disease severity scores, levels of inflammatory factors, mucosal barrier function indexes and safety were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the observational indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the disease severity scores, levels of diamine oxidase and D-lactic acid, C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in both groups were significantly decreased, which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of vedolizumab and probiotics in patients with UC has a better effect, which is beneficial to improving symptoms, reducing the inflammatory response, repairing the mucosal barrier function, and does not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
