基于楔形掏槽分段延时爆破与水封光面爆破的控制爆破技术
Controlled blasting technology based on wedge cutting segmented delayed blasting and water sealed smooth blasting
【摘要】 针对目前钻爆法施工中掏槽孔爆破振动大、周边孔爆破效果不佳以及爆破后粉尘浓度较大等问题,对掏槽爆破和光面爆破进行了研究,提出基于楔形掏槽分段延时爆破与水封光面爆破的控制爆破技术。首先,将掏槽起爆方式与电子雷管精确延时的特性相结合,提出了将掏槽孔起爆顺序进行分类、优化的楔形掏槽分段爆破延时技术。然后,将光面爆破技术和水封爆破技术进行融合,提出对周边孔采用水封爆破装药结构,即水封光面爆破。最后,基于楔形掏槽分段延时爆破与水封光面爆破技术,提出了精准控制爆破技术并应用于实践,通过爆破设计、现场监测、爆破效果等表明该技术有效地降低了爆破振动、改善了爆破效果以及降低了爆破后的粉尘浓度,研究内容可为现场爆破降振和降尘施工提供指导。
【Abstract】 For the current drilling and blasting method of construction in the cut hole blasting vibration is too large, the peripheral hole blasting effect is not good, and the concentration of dust after blasting is too large and other problems, the cutting blasting and water smooth blasting are studied, put forward controlled blasting technology based on the wedge cutting segmented delayed blasting and water sealed smooth blasting. First of all, the combination of the cutting detonation method and the characteristics of the electronic detonator’s precise delay, a wedge cutting segmented delayed blasting is proposed by classifying and optimizing the sequence for initiating cut holes. Then, the smooth blasting technology and water sealed blasting technology are combined, and the proposed peripheral holes use water sealed blasting charge structure, that is, water sealed smooth blasting. Finally, the combination of the wedge cutting segmented delayed blasting and water sealed smooth blasting, precise control of blasting technology is proposed and applied in practice, the technology effectively reduces the blasting vibration, improves the blasting effect, and reduces the concentration of dust after blasting through the blasting design, on-site monitoring, blasting effects, etc. The content of the study can provide guidance for the field construction of blasting vibration reduction and dust reduction construction.
