基于环向切缝药包的隧道掏槽爆破技术

【摘要】 为研究常规柱状药包爆破以及环向切缝药包爆破的能量分布,利用数值模拟手段分析对比了2种爆破方式在装药近区承爆体的粉碎区特征和裂纹扩展长度,结果显示常规柱状药包爆破产生的粉碎区形状近似为圆形,而环向切缝药包爆破产生的粉碎区形状类似“齿轮”状,且前者粉碎区的面积为后者粉碎区面积的1.7倍,但切缝药包产生的主裂纹扩展长度要明显大于常规柱状药包产生的主裂纹。由于环向切缝药包的聚能效应受切缝管材质影响较大,优选了PVC、PPR和不锈钢管3种材质的切缝管进行了切缝药包模型试验,根据爆破块度和裂纹扩展对比得出不锈钢管材质的切缝管爆破效果最好,但考虑到成本和现场应用的便利性,推荐采用PVC材质的管材作为切缝管。为验证环向切缝药包的实际应用效果,结合河南沿大别山高速公路鸡商段大别山隧道开展现场应用研究,试验证明在同样装药量的情况下环向切缝药包的掘进进尺比常规柱状药包爆破提高了23 cm,炮孔利用率提升了5.8%。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the different energy distribution between the conventional cylindrical charge and the circumferential slit charge in tunnel blasting, the characteristics of crushing area and the length of cracks in surrounding rock were compared. The results showed that the shape of crushing area caused by conventional blasting was circular approximately, in contrast, the shape of crushing area was gear similarly caused by the circumferential slit charge blasting. Meanwhile, the area of the former was 1.7 times more than that of the latter, in the mean time, the longest crack of the former is apparently larger than that of the latter. The effect of circumferential slit charge was greatly affected by the material of circumferential slit tube, so three types of circumferential slit tube were chosen including PVC tube, PPR tube and stainless steel for conducting blasting model tests. Among the three different materials tubes, the blasting effect was the best with stainless steel, and blasting effect was the worse with PPR tube. Although the effect of the former was the best, the PVC tube was recommended considering the tube cost and the convenience of application. To prove the application effect of circumference slit charge in tunnel, Dabieshan tunnel was chosen for field test, the footage with circumference slit charge was increased 23 cm and the utilization rate of blast holes was increased 5.8% at the same charge comparing to the conventional blasting.
