减水剂对静态破碎剂工作性能的影响

【摘要】 为控制孔内自蔓延嗣后升温静态破碎增效新技术中的静态破碎剂(SCA)施工喷孔问题并寻求进一步缩短加热装置触发等待时间,通过掺加指定类型和数量的减水剂在保证静态破碎剂料浆流动性的前提下有效提高SCA的2~4 h初期固结体强度和初期膨胀压等工作性能,从根源上抑制自蔓延嗣后加热产生的高温环境致使SCA中水份过量气化导致的喷孔现象。基于流动度和初凝时间实验,遴选出3类减水剂中性能最佳的聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)。通过SCA初期固结体无侧限抗压强度实验以及在加热和不加热条件下的钢管膨胀压对比实验,确定了PCE的最佳水剂比和掺量分别为0.26和0.2%,加热装置最佳触发等待时间由之前接近4 h缩短为2~2.5 h,且2.5 h初期膨胀压陡增3倍以上。现场单孔试验再次验证了该方案可抑制SCA加热后发生喷孔的同时能够进一步提高静态破岩效率。

【Abstract】 To eliminate the constructing blowhole problem of soundless cracking agent(SCA) and further shorten the waiting time for triggering the heating device in the new technology of Self-propagating heating device in the drillhole length to trigger subsequently for speeding up the SCA, the strength of the initial agglutinate within 2-4 h curing time and the initial expansive pressure were improved by using the special water reducers while ensuring the fluidity of SCA slurry. The blowhole phenomenon caused by excessive water-agent ratio under the high-temperature environment of self-propagating high-temperature heating was solved. Based on the experiment of fluidity and initial setting time of the three types of water reducers, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer( PCE) was selected. The optimal water-agent ratio and the optimal dosage of the selected PCE was 0.26 and 0.2%, respectively, through measuring the unconfined compressive strength of the initial agglutinate of SCA and combining the expansive pressure test of the steel pipe with the heating group and the non-heating group. Furthermore, the optimal trigger waiting time of the heating device was shortened from 4 h to 2.0-2.5 h, and the initial expansive pressure of the SCA increased more than three times sharply. By the authentic field test with single hole, it proves that the method could eliminated the constructing blowhole problem and improve the efficiency of soundless cracking.
