基于见证铅柱的孔内殉爆距离钢管试验研究
Experimental research on steel pipe with transmission distance in hole based on witness lead column
【摘要】 为研究孔内炸药殉爆距离及隔板对其影响规律,基于见证铅柱研发了一种能够准确判断钢管模拟殉爆试验中被发药包殉爆情况的试验新装置,提出“相对猛度值”概念及其临界值新指标用于判断被发药包的殉爆程度。采用该装置进行了7组钢管模拟殉爆试验,以常规猛度指标判断主发药包爆轰性能,以相对猛度值指标结合爆后钢管损伤情况评价被发药包殉爆能力。结果表明:有、无隔板空气间隔装药均存在一个相对猛度临界值I_C=1.15,可用于有效判断被发药包殉爆情况与殉爆距离;有隔板装药钢管内殉爆距离为105 cm,而无隔板装药则为80 cm。模拟殉爆试验结果验证了有隔板空气间隔装药的轴向聚能作用以及基于见证铅柱测试新法的可行性、客观性与准确性。
【Abstract】 To research the in-hole transmission distance and the influence of the wave-shaper on it, an innovative experimental device that can accurately and objectively judge the sympathetic detonation of the explosive charge in the simulated sympathetic detonation test of steel pipe was developed based on the witness lead column. The concept of ’ relative brisance value ’ and its critical value were proposed to judge the sympathetic detonation of the explosive charge. The device was used to carry out seven groups of steel pipe simulated sympathetic detonation experiments. The conventional brisance index was used to judge the detonation performance of the donor charge, and the relative brisance value index combined with the damage of the steel pipe after the explosion was used to evaluate the sympathetic detonation ability of the acceptor charge. The results show a critical value of relative brisance I_C=1.15 for both wave-shaper and without, which can effectively be used to judge the sympathetic detonation and the transmission distance. The transmission distance in the steel pipe with a wave-shaper is 105 cm, while that without a wave-shaper is 80 cm. The results of the simulated sympathetic detonation experiment verify the axial energy-gathering effect of the air-decking charge structure with wave-shaper and the feasibility, objectivity, and accuracy of the new method based on the witness lead column test.
