【Abstract】 Sarcopenia is a systemic entity in which muscle mass and strength progressively decline. Sarcopenia is associated with poor outcomes and prognosis in patients with chronic liver disease, particularly in those at the end-stage. On the basis of traditional nutritional supplementation and exercise intervention, the existing intervention are extending more to target therapy for signaling pathways. In this review, we summarized the progress of intervention for sarcopenia in patients with chronic liver disease, in order to provide more references for the clinical management of sarcopenia.更多还原
