细绒棉纺CJ 7.3 tex纱工艺优化和温湿度控制
Process Optimization and Temperature and Humidity Control for Spinning CJ 7.3 tex Yarn with Fine Cotton
【摘要】 为了保障细绒棉纺CJ 7.3 tex纱生产质量,在优选原料的基础上,对清梳联、精梳、并粗、细纱、络筒等关键工序工艺进行优化,重点分析各工序温湿度控制的原则、要点,提出加强空调设备管理的措施,并对比100%细绒棉和80%长绒棉生产CJ 7.3 tex纱的经济效益。指出:采取优化纺纱工艺、科学管控温湿度、加强空调设备管理等措施,能解决细绒棉纺CJ 7.3 tex纱断头多、生产效率低等问题,产品质量和经济效益得到提升;减少生产环节中半制品及成品的回潮率波动,是稳定成纱质量的基础,需从工艺、设备、环境、操作等多方面综合考虑。
【Abstract】 In order to ensure the production quality of CJ 7.3 tex yarn spun with fine cotton, on the basis of optimizing raw materials, the processes of key steps, including blowing-carding unit, combing, drawing and roving, spinning, and winding, etc.,are optimized.The principles and key points of temperature and humidity control in each step are emphasized, and measures for strengthening the management of air conditioning equipment are proposed.Moreover, the economic benefits of producing CJ 7.3 tex yarn with 100% fine cotton and 80% long staple cotton are compared.It is pointed out that measures such as optimizing the spinning process, scientifically controlling temperature and humidity, and strengthening the management of air conditioning equipment can solve the problems of excessive yarn breakage and low production efficiency in spinning CJ 7.3 tex yarn with fine cotton, thereby improving product quality and economic benefits.Reducing the fluctuation of the moisture regain of semi-finished and finished products in the production process is the foundation for stabilizing the quality of the spun yarn, which requires comprehensive consideration from multiple aspects such as process, equipment, environment, operation, and so on.
