铜纳米簇/明胶纳米复合物的制备及其对硫离子的荧光比色检测

【摘要】 使用明胶作为稳定剂,采用一锅法,制备了铜纳米簇/明胶纳米复合物(CuNCs-G)。透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见吸收光谱以及荧光光谱结果表明,CuNCs-G中存在铜纳米簇。基于CuNCs-G温度刺激响应性溶胶-凝胶转变特性,通过控制温度可以方便地制备出纳米复合物凝胶小球。基于CuNCs-G良好的荧光性质以及类过氧化物酶活性,可实现CuNCs-G溶胶和纳米复合凝胶小球对硫离子(S2-)的荧光检测以及比色检测,线性范围分别为0~100μmol/L和0~50μmol/L,检出限分别为7.41μmol/L和0.74μmol/L。所制备的CuNCs-G在S2-检测中具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Copper nanoclusters/gelatin nanocomposites(CuNCs-G) were prepared by one pot method using gelatin as stabilizer. The results of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), UV-vis absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum verified the presence of copper nanoclusters. Based on the reversible temperature responsive solgel transition characteristics of CuNCs-G, nanocomposite gel beads could be easily prepared by controlling the temperature. Due to the excellent fluorescence properties and peroxidase-like activity of CuNCs-G, the fluorescence and colorimetric detection of sulfide(S2-) could be realized, the linear ranges were 0-100 μmol/L and 0-50 μmol/L, and the detection limits were 7.41 μmol/L and 0.74 μmol/L, respectively. CuNCs-G had good application prospects in the detection of S2-.
