【摘要】 聚焦于新时代背景下化学创新型人才的培养需求,结合当前高校实践育人的基本情况与挑战,提出以融合式为特征的实践育人体系。通过优化课程结构、强化科教融合、拓展多层次共享平台和加强安全文化建设等多维度举措,有效解决了传统实践育人模式中存在的课程碎片化、科教脱节、可持续性不足等问题,实现学生从基础实验技能到综合创新能力的全面提升,为化学教育领域的实践育人模式的创新提供了“吉林大学方案”。实践证明,该模式显著提升了学生的综合能力和创新思维,培养了大批国家发展需要的高素质化学人才,并在国内外高校中得到广泛推广与高度认可。

【Abstract】 This paper addresses the growing demand for cultivating innovative chemistry talents in the new era by proposing an integrated practice-education system designed to overcome the limitations of conventional models, including fragmented curricula, the research-education disconnect, and unsustainable pedagogical frameworks.Grounded in synergistic approaches, the system emphasizes curriculum optimization to bridge disciplinary boundaries, deep integration of scientific research with teaching practices, establishment of multi-tiered platforms for cross-institutional resource sharing, and proactive cultivation of safety awareness in experimental training.Empirical results demonstrate that this holistic framework facilitates a progressive transition from foundational laboratory competencies to advanced innovative capabilities, offering the “Jilin University Paradigm” as a scalable solution for chemistry education reform.The mode has significantly enhanced students’ critical thinking and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills, aligning with national strategic priorities for high-caliber chemistry professionals.Its effectiveness is evidenced by widespread adoption and recognition across domestic and international academic communities.
