金属电化学腐蚀实验创新设计——“铝丝腐蚀”课堂演示实验
Classroom Demonstration Experiment of “Aluminum Wire Corrosion”
【摘要】 铁钉的电化学腐蚀是高中化学的一个重要实验,由于反应缓慢而不适于作为课堂演示实验。尝试用碳纤维系住铝丝放置在电解质溶液中,可探究铝丝的电化学腐蚀行为。研究表明,该实验在2 min内可产生大量气泡,现象明显、操作简单、安全可靠,可作为金属电化学腐蚀课堂演示实验和学生课堂活动实验的案例。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical corrosion of iron nails is an important experiment in high school chemistry, but due to its slow reaction, it is not suitable as a classroom demonstration experiment. This article attempts to use carbon fibers to tie aluminum wires and place them in an electrolyte solution to investigate the electrochemical corrosion behavior of aluminum wires. Research has shown that this experiment can generate a large number of bubbles within 2 minutes, which is obvious, easy to operate, safe and reliable. It can be used as a case study for metal electrochemical corrosion classroom demonstration experiments and student classroom activity experiments.
