【Abstract】 Young volunteers are the vanguard force of voluntary service in the new era.The spirit of volunteerism is a spiritual trait condensed from the participation of volunteers in volunteer activities,which in turn has a negative impact on themselves by motivating and guiding volunteers to participate in voluntary services.Deeply explore the new characteristics contained in the new era of volunteerism,and explore the value implication of the new era of volunteerism in cultivating young people’s mission:guide young people to stand up to their responsibilities in the construction of Chinese path to modernization with the spirit of progress,inherit the cultural genes of young college students who shoulder the mission with the spirit of dedication,stimulate young people’s social responsibility of "win-win" for altruism and self-help with the spirit of mutual assistance,and endow young people with the era mission of promoting world peace and development with the spirit of friendship.By establishing a comprehensive mechanism for practical education,creating a dual platform ecosystem for service growth,exploring innovative strategies for public welfare in the digital age,creating a main battlefield for voluntary service networks,improving the management system for the entire volunteer service cycle,and building a sustainable driving mechanism for voluntary service,we aim to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating the volunteer spirit among young college students,further tap into the nurturing function of volunteer spirit,and guide young college students to shoulder their mission and responsibilities.更多还原
