【摘要】 目的 探究道德敏感性在ICU护士专业自我概念与保护病人权利的道德行为间的中介效应。方法 于2024年7月采用便利抽样法选取四川省8所三甲医院的ICU护士，采用一般资料调查问卷、保护病人权利的道德行为量表、护理专业自我概念量表、道德敏感性问卷进行问卷调查，并分析三者间的关系。结果 本次调查共收回问卷321份，剔除不符合要求问卷后最终有效问卷为296份，有效回收率92.2%。ICU护士道德敏感性得分(41.08±7.95)分，专业自我概念得分(86.89±12.00)分，保护病人权利的道德行为得分为(110.94±15.84)分。ICU护士专业自我概念、道德敏感性与保护病人权利的道德行为呈正相关(P<0.05)。道德敏感性在专业自我概念与保护病人权利的道德行为之间的中介效应占总效应的32.14%。结论 道德敏感性在ICU护士专业自我概念与保护病人权利的道德行为之间起中介作用，护理管理者可提高ICU护士的专业自我概念，关注其道德敏感性水平，从而改善护士保护病人权利的道德行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mediating role of moral sensitivity between professional self-concept and ethical behaviors in protecting patients’ rights among ICU nurses.Methods In July 2024,a convenient sampling method was used to select the ICU nurses from 8 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan province, and a questionnaire survey was conduct by the general information questionnaire, the ethical behavior of nurses in protecting patients’ rights scale, the nursing professional self-concept scale, and the moral sensitivity questionnaire, and the relationship between the three was analyzed. Results A total of 321 questionnaires were collected in this survey, and after excluding those that did not meet the requirements, 296 valid questionnaires were finally obtained, with a valid recovery rate of 92.2%.ICU nurses’ score showed an average of(41.08±7.95) points in moral sensitivity,(86.89±12.00) points in professional self-concept, and(110.94±15.84) points in ethical behavior in protecting patient’s rights.ICU nurses’ professional self-concept, moral sensitivity, and ethical behavior in protecting patient’s rights were positively correlated(all P<0.05). Moral sensitivity mediated the effect of professional self-concept on ethical behavior in protecting patients’ rights, accounting for 32.14% of the total effect. Conclusion Moral sensitivity mediates the relationship between professional self-concept and ethical behavior in protecting patients’ rights among ICU nurses, and nursing administrators can improve ICU nurses’ professional self-concept and focus on their level of moral sensitivity to improve nurses’ ethical behavior in protecting patients’ rights.更多还原
