【摘要】 目的 构建预防ICU患者卒中相关性肺炎(stroke-associated pneumonia, SAP)的肺康复护理质量评价指标。方法 以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量管理模型为理论基础，于2023年10月—2024年12月通过文献回顾、专家小组会议、3轮德尔菲专家函询构建ICU患者SAP的肺康复护理质量指标体系。结果 共对20名专家进行3轮专家咨询，问卷回收率分别为91%、100%和90%,专家权威系数分别为0.89、0.93、0.91,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.131、0.206、0.281(P<0.001),各级指标的重要性赋值均数范围为4.10～5.00分，最终构建的预防ICU患者SAP肺康复护理质量指标体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和45个三级指标。结论 本研究构建的预防ICU患者SAP肺康复护理质量指标体系科学、合理、全面且具有针对性，能够为重症脑卒中患者的肺康复护理质量评价提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the quality evaluation index of pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP) in ICU patients. Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality management model of "structure-process-outcome", a quality index system for pulmonary rehabilitation nursing of SAP in ICU patients was constructed from October 2023 to December 2024 through literature review, expert group meetings, and 3 rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results A total of 20 experts were consulted over 3 rounds, with questionnaire return rates of 91%, 100%, and 90%, respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.89, 0.93, and 0.91, respectively, and the Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.131, 0.206, and 0.281(P<0.001), and the importance value of all levels was 4.10-5.00 points. The final constructed quality index system of pulmonary rehabilitation care to prevent SAP in ICU patients included 3 primary indicators, 9 secondary indexes, and 45 tertiary indexes. Conclusion The quality index system of pulmonary rehabilitation care for the prevention of SAP in ICU patients is scientific, reasonable, comprehensive and targeted, which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of pulmonary rehabilitation care in patients with severe stroke.更多还原
