【摘要】 目的 构建基于知识图谱的《急危重症高级护理实践》课程的数智化教学平台，并进行可用性预测试。方法 基于建构主义学习理论和基于知识图谱教学平台的设计原则，以及知识图谱教学系统构建流程，进行数智化教学平台的设计。于2023年11—12月并采用《健康信息技术可用性评估量表》对教学平台的可用性进行评价。结果 构建了基于《急危重症高级护理实践》课程的知识图谱主要包含6个模块的教学平台，即教学计划模块、课程章节模块、共享资源模块、互动问答模块、教学监测模块、教学测试模块。可用性预试验结果显示该平台对工作生活质量的影响得分为(4.49±0.45)分(满分5分)、感知有用性为(4.34±0.32)分、感知易用性(4.03±0.44)分和用户控制(3.96±0.59)分。结论 基于知识图谱的《急危重症高级护理实践》课程的数智化教学平台的构建，具有一定的教学实践意义、科学性及可用性，可以让学生更好地掌握急危重症高级护理实践知识，进一步推动信息化护理教学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a digital intelligent teaching platform for Advanced Practice Nursing of Acute Critical Care based on a knowledge graph, and to conduct the usability pre-test. Methods Based on constructivism learning theory, the design principle of a knowledge graph-based teaching platform, and the construction process of the teaching system, the digital intelligent teaching platform was designed.The Health Information Technology Usability Evaluation Scale was used to evaluate the usability of the teaching platform from November to December 2023.Results The knowledge graph based on Advanced Practice Nursing of Acute Critical Care was constructed; Based on the knowledge graph, the teaching platform was built with 6 modules: Teaching plan module, course chapter module, shared resource module, interactive question and answer module, teaching monitoring module, and teaching test module. Usability pre-test results showed that the score of platform’s impact on quality of work life was(4.49±0.45) points(out of 5 points), the score of perceived usefulness was(4.34±0.32) points, the score of perceived ease of use was(4.03±0.44) points, and the score of user control was(3.96±0.59) points. Conclusion The construction of the digital intelligent teaching platform of Advanced Practice Nursing of Acute Critical Care based on a knowledge graph has certain teaching practical significance, scientificity, and usability. Students can better grasp the practical knowledge of Advanced Practice Nursing of Acute Critical Care, and further promote the development of information-based nursing teaching.更多还原
