废旧锦纶6地毯纤维分子量调控技术的研究
Research on the molecular weight control technology of recycled nylon 6 carpet fibers
【摘要】 为改善回收锦纶6纤维的使用性能,设计了一种调控再生锦纶6纤维分子量的方法,以还原胺化法作为反应机理,利用锦纶6分子链末端的胺基与戊二醛反应,生成特殊结构以连接分子链,增加锦纶6聚合物的分子量。结果表明:锦纶6纤维在预溶胀状态下,以苯甲醇作为溶剂,甲酸调pH值为弱酸性,纤维与戊二醛的摩尔比为1∶5,在温度100℃条件下交联反应1 h,可在锦纶6无定形区分子链间形成交联,从而提高锦纶6纤维的分子量。利用醛-胺反应实现锦纶6分子的交联为聚酰胺纤维的回收再利用提供新的思路,契合了国家绿色发展的战略需求,也势必带动聚酰胺纤维的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the performance of recycled nylon 6 fibers, a method for regulating the molecular weight of recycled nylon 6 fibers was designed, using the reduction amination reaction mechanism. The amino group at the end of the nylon 6 molecular chain reacts with glutaraldehyde to generate a special structure to connect the molecular chain and increase the molecular weight of the nylon 6 polymer. The results show that when the nylon 6 fiber is pre-swollen in a state, benzene alcohol is used as a solvent, formic acid is used to adjust the pH value to a weak acid, the molar ratio of the fiber to glutaraldehyde is 1:5, and the reaction is carried out at 100 ℃ for one hour, a crosslinking reaction can be formed between the amorphous region molecular chains of nylon 6, thereby improving the molecular weight of nylon 6 fibers. The aldehyde-amine reaction to achieve the crosslinking of nylon 6 molecules provides a new idea for the recycling and reuse of polyamide fibers, which meets the strategic needs of green development of the country and is bound to drive the sustainable development of polyamide fibers.
