【摘要】 合理采收期能有效提高“花牛苹果”产量，改善果实品质，延长贮藏时间，解决天水“花牛苹果”采后易“发绵”的问题。为此，本研究以天水市主要种植区麦积区的“花牛苹果”为研究对象，对不同时期采收的“花牛苹果”采后食用品质和贮藏品质差异以及霉心病发病率进行对比分析。结果表明，在麦积区伯阳镇马岘村苹果基地，盛花期后155 d左右(2021年9月8日)采收，苹果果实具有较高的质量、硬度和可溶性固形物含量，较低的可滴定酸含量，以及优质的果形指数。此外，该时期采收可以有效减缓果实软化，增加果实可溶性固形物含量，减少霉心病发病率。选择“花牛苹果”最佳采收期能有效提高“花牛苹果”的果实品质，增加果实贮存时间，减少霉心病发病率。本研究提出了天水“花牛苹果”不同种植区的最佳采收时间，以期解决天水“花牛苹果”因品质问题造成的产销矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 Suitable harvest period can effectively increase the yield, improve the fruit quality, prolong the storage time, and solve the problem of post-harvest floury texture of Huaniu apple in Tianshui City. In this study, Huaniu apple in Maiji District, the main apple growing area of Tianshui City, was used as study object, and the differences in post-harvest eating quality and storage quality as well as the incidence of mold core disease of Huaniu apple harvested in different periods were compared and analyzed. The results showed that Huaniu apple harvested around 155 d after the full bloom period(2021-09-08) in Mayan Village, Maiji District, Tianshui City, had the higher fruit quality, hardness, and soluble solids content, also lower titratable acid content, and high-quality fruit shape index. Moreover, the harvesting period could effectively slow down the softening of fruits, increase the soluble solids content, and reduce the incidence of mold core disease. Selecting the optimal harvest period of Huaniu apple could effectively improve the fruit quality of Huaniu apple, increase the storage time of the fruit, and reduce the incidence of moldy heart disease. In this study, the optimal harvest time for different Huaniu apple planting areas of Tianshui was proposed in order to solve the contradiction between production and marketing of Tianshui Huaniu apple caused by quality problems.更多还原
