秋季补光对枳幼苗生长的影响
Effects of supplementary light in autumn on growth of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings
【摘要】 为了探究长沙地区秋季不同红蓝光LED组合对枳幼苗生长的影响,在塑料大棚内,以8月初播种培育的枳幼苗为试材,9—10月设置无补光(CK)和RB 4∶1(R代表波段峰值445 nm红光,B代表波段峰值660 nm蓝光,4∶1为红蓝光质比,光强保持在100μmol·m-2·s-1,下同)、RB 5∶1、RB 6∶1、RB 7∶1、RB 8∶1补光处理,比较其形态和生理生化差异。结果表明,各补光处理促进了株高、茎粗增加和根系发育,促进抗性增强。其中,RB 6∶1补光处理综合表现最优,是长沙地区枳幼苗在秋季最佳红蓝光LED补光组合。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of different red and blue LED lights combinations on the growth of Poncirus trifoliata seedlings in autumn, P. trifoliata seedlings bred in plastic greenhouses at early August were used as test materials, five supplemental light treatments were set up in September-October including RB 4:1(R stands for the red light with a peak waveband of 445 nm, B stands for the blue light with a peak waveband of 660 nm, and the ratio of the red-to-blue light quality is 4∶1, and the light intensity is kept at 100 μmol-m-2·s-1, the same below), RB 5∶1, RB 6∶1, RB 7∶1 and RB 8∶1, with no supplemental light as control(CK). The morphology and physiological and biochemical changes of seedlings were compared. The results showed that the supplemental light treatments promoted plant height, stem thickness and root development, and enhanced resistance. Among them, RB 6∶1 supplemental light treatment had the best overall performance and was the best combination of red and blue LED supplemental light for P. trifoliata seedlings in Changsha in autumn.
