专利视角下我国区域产业竞争态势与对策研究——以东莞市新能源汽车产业为例

【摘要】 [目的/意义]通过分析东莞新能源汽车产业的专利情况,为东莞在新能源汽车产业中实现产业结构优化升级、企业培育引进、技术创新和人才培养,以及产业推广运营、保障机制规划落实等提供科学具体的决策依据。[方法/过程]以东莞市新能源汽车整体产业作为研究对象,包括新能源汽车整车制造、新能源汽车装置配件制造、新能源汽车相关设施制造和新能源汽车相关服务等重点技术领域,从专利的申请来源、趋势、有效性、技术构成、聚类主题等角度进行态势分析。[结果/结论]在东莞新能源汽车产业中,全球专利技术创新和布局重点主要集中在新能源汽车装置、配件制造和新能源汽车相关设施制造等领域,对新能源汽车整车制造和新能源汽车相关服务的研究产出还较少。

【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] This article analyzes the patent situation of Dongguan’s new energy vehicle industry, provides scientific and specific decision-making basis for Dongguan to achieve industrial structure optimization and upgrading, enterprise cultivation and introduction, technological innovation and talent cultivation, as well as industrial promotion and operation, guarantee mechanism planning and implementation in the new energy vehicle industry. [Method/Process] Taking the overall new energy vehicle industry in Dongguan as the research object, including key technical fields such as new energy vehicle manufacturing, device parts manufacturing, related facilities manufacturing and related services, the situation is analyzed from the perspective of patent application source, trend, effectiveness, technology composition, clustering theme, etc. [Result/Conclusion] In Dongguan’s new energy vehicle industry, the global patent technology innovation and layout focus mainly on the new energy vehicle devices, parts manufacturing and new energy vehicle related facilities manufacturing and other fields, and the research output of new energy vehicle manufacturing and new energy vehicle related services is still less.
