贵州新材料产业发展态势与对策研究——基于2005—2024年专利数据分析
Research on the Development Trends and Strategies of New Material Industry in Guizhou Province——Based on Patent Data from 2005 to 2024
【摘要】 [目的/意义]为提升贵州新材料产业的发展水平,为技术研发和产业布局提供知识产权情报支撑。[方法 /过程]本文通过数据库检索贵州新材料产业的相关专利信息,采用专利计量分析方法,从专利申请态势、技术主题、创新主体等方面对贵州新材料领域近二十年的专利发展态势进行解析。[结果/结论]研究表明,贵州在新材料领域的专利申请态势较稳,创新活力较好。专利技术领域布局广泛,在核心企业引领、高校和科研院所支撑方面具有优势,但在产学研协同创新、市场竞争力、知识产权保护意识等方面还有待提升。基于研究结果,结合贵州数据资源优势,提出构建产学研协同创新生态、实施高价值专利培育、深化大数据赋能运用和健全知识产权保护体系等对策建议。
【Abstract】 [Purpose/Significance] In order to enhance the development level of new material industry and provide intellectual property intelligence support for technology research & development and industrial layout in Guizhou Province. [Method/Process] The relevant patent information for Guizhou’s new materials industry is retrieved through database search. Patent bibliometrics are employed to analyze the development trends of Guizhou’s new materials field in the past 20 years, focusing on dimensions such as patent application trends, technical themes, and innovation entities. [Result/Conclusion] The findings show that the patent application activity in Guizhou’s new material field is relatively stable, with strong innovation vitality. The layout of patent technology is extensive, demonstrating advantages in core enterprise leadership and strong support from universities and research institutes. However, improvements are needed in areas such as industry-academia-research collaborative innovation, market competitiveness, and intellectual property protection awareness. Based on these findings and in combination with the Guizhou’s data resource advantages, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of building an industryacademia-research collaborative innovation ecosystem, implementing high-value patent cultivation programs, deepening the empowerment and application of big data, and improving the intellectual property protection system.
