面向复杂环境的军用无人机抢修方舱造型设计

【摘要】 针对新型战场下军用作战无人机快速抢修、完善在役装备完好率的需求,根据维修方舱所处复杂自然环境影响因素与无人机损伤维修流程,从内部设备属性、内部设备布局、环境适应性、技术指标等方面,分析了军用无人机维修方舱的造型设计需求与方法。应用设计实例,进一步从整体造型、内部布局、运输方式等方面提出了面向复杂场景的无人机维修方舱造型设计方法。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirement of quick repair of military combat unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) and improvement of in-service equipment in new battlefield, based on the factors affecting the complex natural environment where the maintenance shelter is located and the damage maintenance process of UAVs, the modeling design requirements and methods of the maintenance shelter of military unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are analyzed from the aspects of physical-internal equipment attributes,internal layout, environmental adaptability and technical indicators. With the application of design examples, the design method of UAV maintenance shelter for complex scenes is proposed from the aspects of overall shape,internal layout and transportation mode.
