【摘要】 促进专业教育和创新创业教育融合是破解外贸毕业生就业难问题的关键。外贸专业“专创融合”人才培养模式创新有其深刻的理论、历史和现实逻辑。当前，我国外贸专业“专创融合”人才培养模式创新存在课程建设滞后、师资结构单一、育人平台不足等问题。基于此，本文提出如下创新路径:一是在年度考核、职称评审、项目申报、督导评价等方面加强制度建设;二是加快建设“专创融合”示范课程;三是建设由专业导师、企业导师和孵化园双创导师构成的立体化师资队伍，并构建融合工作机制;四是搭建“专创融合”育人平台，以“学习工厂”模式改造校企合作基地，以“外贸特色园区+孵化器”模式构建实践平台，实现外贸专业教育和创新创业教育的沉浸式融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education is the key to solving the problem of difficult employment for foreign trade graduates. The innovation in the talent cultivation mode of “Integrating Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Education” in foreign trade majors has profound theoretical,historical and practical logic. At present,there are many cognitive biases in the “Integrating Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Education” talent training model in China’s foreign trade majors. The problems such that the construction of courses are lagging behind,the teacher structure is single,and the education platform is insufficient are prominent. To this end,firstly,we need to strengthen the institutional construction in annual assessment,professional title evaluation,project application,supervision and evaluation. The second is to accelerate the construction of “Integrating Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Education” demonstration courses. The third is to construct a three-dimensional teaching staff composed of professional mentors,enterprise mentors,and incubation park entrepreneurship mentors,and establish an integrated work mechanism.
