基于助剂优化的三氟吡啶胺喷施体系对松材线虫的防治效果
Bursaphelenchus xylophilus control by cyclobutrifluram foliar spray with optimized adjuvants
【摘要】 【目的】探讨三氟吡啶胺被马尾松吸收的特性及外源施用对松材线虫防治效果,为大规模防治提供理论依据和实践指导。【方法】采用外源喷施法,将三氟吡啶胺与两种助剂(植物油和飞防助剂)按不同比例混合处理,60 d后评估其防治效果。【结果】(1)残留量方面,马尾松枝条木质部的三氟吡啶胺残留量为14.58~50.48 ng·g-1。飞防助剂组的残留量[(32.87±17.61) ng·g-1]略高于植物油助剂组[(28.88±14.30) ng·g-1],但差异不显著(P=0.078 4)。残留量与施药浓度呈显著正相关(植物油助剂:R=0.89,P=0.001 4;飞防助剂:R=0.81,P=0.008 4)。(2)线虫相对数量变化方面,三氟吡啶胺处理使宿主体内线虫数量减少43%~90%(P=0.54)。植物油助剂组的减少幅度(43%~90%)略高于飞防助剂组(60%~85%),但差异不显著(P=0.68)。线虫相对增长量与助剂稀释倍数均呈正相关趋势,飞防助剂组相关性较明显(R=0.33,P=0.23),植物油助剂组无显著相关性(R=0.009,P=0.97)。(3)马尾松死亡率统计显示,三氟吡啶胺显著降低死亡率(降幅20%~60%,P=0.18),助剂类型无显著影响。死亡率与施药浓度呈负相关,飞防助剂组相关性更强(R=-0.98,P=0.12),植物油助剂组未达显著水平(R=-0.76,P=0.45)。【结论】三氟吡啶胺可通过助剂辅助被马尾松吸收,显著抑制线虫种群增长并降低寄主死亡率。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The absorption characteristics of cyclobutrifluram in Pinus massoniana and control efficacy of its exogenous application against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus were investigated, aiming to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for large-scale control operations. 【Method】Exogenous spraying of cyclobutrifluram, combined with 2 adjuvants(vegetable oil adjuvant and aerial spray adjuvant) at varying ratios, were administered to P.massoniana, for further evaluation on the control efficacy against B.xylophilus at 60 d post treatment. 【Result】(1) Residue analysis revealed that cyclobutrifluram concentrations in the xylem of P.massoniana branches ranged from 14.58 to 50.48 ng·g-1. The group receiving adjuvant by aerial spray exhibited slightly higher residual levels [(32.87±17.61) ng·g-1] compared to those in the group treated with vegetable oil adjuvant [(28.88±14.30) ng·g-1], though the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.078 4). A significant positive correlation was observed between residue level and application concentration(vegetable oil adjuvant: R=0.89, P=0.001 4; aerial spray adjuvant: R=0.81, P=0.008 4).(2) Cyclobutrifluram reduced the number of B.xylophilus in host tissues by 43%-90%(P=0.54), with reduction rate slightly greater in the vegetable oil adjuvant group(43%-90%) than the aerial spray adjuvant group(60%-85%), though the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.68). A positive correlation was observed between the increase in B.xylophilus population and dilution ratio of adjuvants, which was more pronounced in the aerial spray adjuvant group(R=0.33, P=0.23), but not significant in the vegetable oil adjuvant group(R=0.009, P=0.97).(3) Cyclobutrifluram significantly reduced the mortality of P.massoniana by 20%-60%(P=0.18), though without significant effect from the adjuvants. Mortality was negatively correlated with application concentration, which was more pronounced in the aerial spray adjuvant group(R=-0.98, P=0.12) but insignificant in the vegetable oil adjuvant group(R=-0.76, P=0.45). 【Conclusion】The effective absorption of cyclobutrifluram in P.massoniana can be enhanced by the applicatin of adjuvants, leading to significantly suppressed growth of B.xylophilus and lower host mortality.
