活性污泥中聚羟基脂肪酸酯的绿色溶剂萃取工艺研究

【摘要】 为了提高活性污泥中聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)下游回收过程的环保性、增强PHAs回收效率,文章采用绿色溶剂1,3-二氧五环研究PHAs回收方法。以回收率和纯度为指标,考察不同预处理方法对PHAs回收的影响,通过单因素实验和正交实验对关键影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,次氯酸钠预处理可以有效促进PHAs回收,影响PHAs回收的主次因素为萃取固液比>预处理时间>萃取时间。最佳PHAs回收条件为:萃取固液比1∶30 g/mL、预处理时间30 min、萃取时间2.5 h,该条件下PHAs回收率和纯度达到92.41%和95.08%。1,3-二氧五环与次氯酸钠的联合提取方法可获得良好的PHAs回收效果,为活性污泥中生物聚合物的分离提纯提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 To enhance the environmental sustainability of the downstream recovery process of polyhydroxyalkanoates(PHAs) from activated sludge and improve recovery efficiency, a novel method for PHAs recovery utilizing the green solvent1,3-dioxolane was studied. The effects of various pretreatment methods on PHAs recovery were investigated, using recovery and purity as indicators. Key influencing factors were assessed through single-factor and orthogonal experiments. The results demonstrated that sodium hypochlorite pretreatment significantly enhanced PHAs recovery. The primary and secondary factors influencing recovery were identified as extraction solid-liquid ratio > pretreatment time > extraction time. The optimal recovery conditions were determined to be an extraction solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30 g/mL, a pretreatment time of 30 minutes, and an extraction time of 2.5 hours, resulting in a PHAs recovery yield and purity of 92.41% and 95.08%, respectively. The combined extraction method using 1,3-dioxolane and sodium hypochlorite achieved favorable PHAs recovery, providing a theoretical basis for the separation and purification of biopolymers from activated sludge.
