【Abstract】 Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology, as a core tool for digital transformation in the construction industry, is reshaping the implementation model of traditional engineering projects through data integration and collaborative management.This paper takes the pilot project of “one model to the end” of Xiamen Tong’an New Town Citizen Service Center as the research object, and systematically discusses the integrated application path of BIM technology in the process of designing, preparing for and constructing the project, as well as its practical benefits.The project takes “one model to the end” as the core concept, and realizes the dynamic management from project planning to construction deepening through the unified data standard, multi-party collaborative mechanism, and intelligent construction site digital management platform.更多还原
