遗传算法在智能排班中的应用研究

【摘要】 排班管理是实体企业运营的重要组成部分。早期的手动排班已无法满足现有行业的需求。为了提高企业的生产效率、满足员工多样化需求,需采取智能化的排班策略。本文探讨遗传算法在智能排班中的应用,并设计基于遗传算法的排班策略。实验结果表明:该排班策略能够满足企业排班的相关规定和员工的个性化需求,实现公平合理的排班分配。

【Abstract】 Scheduling management is an important component of the operation of physical enterprises, and early manual scheduling can no longer meet the needs of the existing industry. In order to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and meet the diverse needs of employees, intelligent scheduling strategies should be adopted. This article explores the application of genetic algorithms in intelligent scheduling and designs scheduling strategies based on genetic algorithms. The experimental results show that this scheduling strategy can meet the relevant regulations of enterprise scheduling and the personalized needs of employees, thereby achieving fair and reasonable scheduling allocation.
