【摘要】 利用已选育的闽西南黑兔第3世代核心群，采用群体闭锁继代、家系内个体综合指数选育法，进行4～6世代选育。结果显示，选育的第6世代核心群母兔前3胎平均4周龄窝均仔兔数6.08只，比0世代提高15.6%(P<0.01)，初生活仔窝均重、3周龄窝均重和4周龄窝均重分别为303.4 g、1 671.5 g和2 584.2 g，比0世代分别提高25.6%、20.0%、33.0%，差异均极显著（P<0.01）；第6世代核心群公兔、母兔13周龄平均体重分别为1 587.3 g、1 512.6 g，分别比0世代提高32.4%、27.3%，差异均极显著（P<0.01），体重变异系数分别为10.5%、10.1%，体长、胸围、耳长、耳宽的变异系数均小于7%，体型外貌趋于一致。本研究选育出的闽西南黑兔第6世代核心群初生至13周龄生长发育速度显著提高，遗传性能稳定、体型外貌均匀一致，群体整齐度明显提高，为我国发展优质肉兔产业提供地方兔优质种质资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 6th generation nucleus herds of Minxinan black rabbit(MBR)were selected according to the individual composite index in the animal’s family population from the 3rd generation breeds. The results showed that the average litter size of female rabbits in the6th generation nucleus herd was 6.08 at 4 weeks of age in the first three fetuses, 15.6% higher than that of 0 generation(P<0.01), the average litter weight of newborn, 3-week-old and 4-week-old were 303.4 g, 1 671.5 g and 2 584.2 g, respectively, which were25.6%, 20.0% and 33.0% higher than that of 0 generation, respectively(P<0.01). The average body weight of male and female rabbits of the 6th generation nucleus herd was 1 587.3 g and 1 512.6 g at the age of 13 weeks, which was 32.4% and 27.3% higher than that of 0 generation, respectively(P<0.01). The coefficient of variation of male and female rabbit body weight was 10.5% and 10.1% at the age of 13 weeks, the coefficient of variation of body length, chest circumference, ear length and ear width were all less than 7%, and body appearance tended to be the same. The growth speed of the 6th generation nucleus herd from birth to 13 weeks of age was significantly improved, the genetic property was stable, the body shape and appearance were uniform, and the population uniformity was significantly improved,which may be to provide local rabbit high-quality resources for the development of high quality meat rabbit industry in China.更多还原
