一种可重复使用运载器概念方案的多学科分析工具

【摘要】 可重复使用运载器能有效地降低航天器发射入轨的成本,提高发射的便捷性。以一种水平起降两级入轨的概念方案为研究对象,开发了其运载器概念方案的多学科分析工具。该工具包括推进系统、几何、气动、质量、飞行性能、热防护和操稳分析模块。各模块采用适用于概念设计阶段的快速分析方法。通过集成各学科模块程序,创建多学科综合分析程序。应用结果表明,该工具能快速完成运载器概念方案的综合分析和评估工作,为运载器概念方案设计提供了一种高效技术手段。

【Abstract】 Reusable launch vehicles(RLV) provide a promising way to deliver space vehicles into orbit with less costs and better convenience. A multidisciplinary analysis tool is developed for the conceptual design of a two stage to orbit(TSTO) reusable launch vehicle with capacity of horizontal takeoff and horizontal landing.The tool consists of several analysis modules including propulsion, geometry, aerodynamics, weight, flight performance, thermal protection, stability and control. Each module uses the rapid analysis methods oriented to the conceptual design of the RLV. The usefulness of the tool is demonstrated by application of the RLV concept analyses. The application indicated that the comprehensive analyses and evaluations for can be completed rapidly by use of the tool. It is concluded that the tool developed in this study is quite helpful for the RLV conceptual design in terms of efficiency.
