应用型人才培养模式下无机化学课程教学实践与探索

【摘要】 在培养符合社会需求的应用型人才的背景下,高等学校的无机化学课程作为多专业必修的基础课,必须打破传统教学观念。面对高速发展的信息化网络时代,课程需要充分利用网络资源和现代信息技术手段,实现“线上”与“线下”的有机融合。并通过“分类教学”的方法,采用“问题驱动式”项目教学模式,引导学生参与“教”与“学”的全过程,进而有效调动学生的学习积极性,为培养社会应用型人才服务。文章以内蒙古工业大学应用化学专业大一新生为研究对象,在无机化学课程教学中进行了“问题驱动式”项目教学模式的实践探索,取得了令人满意的效果,实践证明这一模式非常适合双非院校新生的培养需求。

【Abstract】 In the context of cultivating application-oriented talents to meet social needs, the course of inorganic chemistry in higher education, as a fundamental subject for multiple majors, must break away from traditional inculcating perception. In the era of rapid information technology advancement, it is crucial to leverage online resources and modern information technology to achieve an effective integration of “online” and “offline” learning. By employing a “classified teaching” approach and adopting a “problem-based”project teaching model, students can be guided to participate comprehensively in both the teaching and learning processes, thereby effectively enhancing their learning motivation and serving the goal of developing application-oriented talents.Taking the first-year students majoring in applied chemistry at Inner Mongolia University of Technology as the research subjects, this paper explored the practical application of the “problem-based” project teaching model in the inorganic chemistry course. The results showed satisfactory teaching practice effect, demonstrating that this model is highly suitable for the freshmen of non-elite universities.
