【摘要】 目的 分析火龙罐联合揿针治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐的效果。方法 选取十堰市中医医院2024年4月至12月收治的50例脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，各25例。对照组给予西药常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合揿针和火龙罐治疗，比较两组妊娠恶心呕吐生活质量量表（QLNVP）、妊娠期恶心呕吐专用量表（PUQE）评分及临床相关指标、临床总有效率。结果 观察组总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)；观察组呕吐消失时间、尿酮转阴时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后PUQE、QLNVP评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 火龙罐联合揿针治疗脾胃虚弱型妊娠剧吐的效果优于单纯西药治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of Huolong Pot combined with intradermal needling in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with deficiency of spleen and stomach type. Methods A total of 50 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum of deficiency of spleen and stomach type admitted to Shiyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Huolong Pot and intradermal needling on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The scores of quality of life scale for nausea and vomiting during pregnancy(QLNVP), pregnancy-unique quantification of emesis(PUQE), and clinical related indicators, total clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 68.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). The vomiting disappearance time, urine ketone negative conversion time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the PUQE and QLNVP scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Huolong Pot combined with intradermal needling in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum with deficiency of spleen and stomach type is better than simple western medication.更多还原
