【摘要】 目的 探讨优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年7月青岛市胶州中心医院60例实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者，按照随机数字表法分为试验组（常规护理+优质护理）与对比组（常规护理），各30例。比较两组术后恢复情况、生活质量评分、睡眠质量及疼痛评分情况。结果 试验组术后恢复情况优于对比组（P <0.05）；护理后试验组生活质量、睡眠质量、疼痛评分均优于对比组（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者护理中应用，能够提高生活质量、睡眠质量，减轻术后疼痛感，加快术后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group(routine nursing + high quality nursing) and the control group(routine nursing) according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The postoperative recovery, quality of life score, sleep quality and pain scores were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After nursing, the quality of life, sleep quality and pain scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can improve the quality of life and sleep quality, reduce postoperative pain and accelerate postoperative recovery.更多还原
