纳吐素C对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道损伤和经济效益的影响

【摘要】 为探究不同剂量抗菌肽-纳吐素C对白羽肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肠道损伤和经济效益的影响。试验选用健康1日龄罗斯308肉鸡750只,随机分成5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复30只,分为对照组(基础饲粮)、抗生素组(基础饲粮+100 mg/kg 10%阿维拉霉素)、C200组(基础饲粮+200 mg/kg纳吐素C)、C400组(基础饲粮+400 mg/kg纳吐素C)、C600组(基础饲粮+600 mg/kg纳吐素C),试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,(1)各纳吐素C组可显著提高42 d肉鸡的出栏体重、1~42 d肉鸡的平均日增重和欧洲指数(P<0.05),肉鸡各阶段的平均日增重、1~21 d的平均日采食量、欧洲指数、21 d和42 d肉鸡的体重与纳吐素C的添加量呈显著的线性和二次相关(P<0.05),C600组的生长性能更接近于抗生素组。(2)各纳吐素C组可显著提高42 d的全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率(P<0.05),并呈显著的线性和二次相关(P<0.05),各纳吐素C组与抗生素组21 d和42 d的屠宰性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)纳吐素C可显著改善肉鸡42 d的肠道损伤综合评分(P<0.05),并呈显著的线性和二次相关(P<0.05),C600组与抗生素组对肠道损伤综合评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。(4)C200、C400、C600、抗生素组可使每只鸡在生产性能分别增加收益0.17、0.27、0.25、0.61元/只。综上所述,饲粮添加纳吐素C可提高肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能、经济效益,改善肠道损伤,其中600 mg/kg纳吐素C效果更接近于抗生素水平。

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of different doses of antimicrobial peptidenatucin C on growth performance, slaughter performance, intestinal damage and economic benefits of white-feather broilers. 750 one-day-old healthy Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 30 broilers per replicate. They were divided into control group(basal diet), antibiotic group(basal diet +100 mg/kg 10% Avilamycin), C200 group(basal diet +200 mg/kg natucin C), C400 group(basal diet +400 mg/kg natucin C) and C600 group(basal diet +600 mg/kg natucin C). The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results show that:(1) compared with the control group, natucin C significantly increased the entry weight of 42 d broilers, average daily gain of 1-42 d broilers and European index(P<0.05). There were significant linear and quadratic correlations between average daily gain, average daily feed intake from 1 to 21 days, European index, body weight of 21 d and 42 d broilers and the addition level of natucin C(P<0.05), and the production performance of C600 group was more similar to that of antibiotic group.(2) Compared with the control group, natustrin C could significantly improve the evisceration rate, chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate of 42 d(P<0.05), and there were significant linear and quadratic correlations(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in slaughter performance of 21 d and 42 d between natucin C group and antibiotic group P(>0.05).(3) Compared with the control group, natucin C could significantly improve the comprehensive score of intestinal injury of broilers 42 d(P<0.05), and there was a significant linear and quadratic correlation(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between C600 group and antibiotic group on the comP prehensive score of intestinal injury(>0.05).(4) Compared with the control group, C200 group, C400 group, C600 group and antibiotic group could increase the yield of each chicken in terms of production performance by 0.17, 0.27, 0.25, 0.61 yuan/bird, respectively. In conclusion, the growth performance, slaughter performance, economic benefit and intestinal injury of broilers can be improved by the addition of natucin C in the diet, and the effect of 600 mg/kg natucin C is closer to the level of antibiotics.
