【摘要】 近年来，宠物素食食品在海外受到越来越多的关注，随着市场不断增长，其营养价值和应用研究也逐渐增多。但目前国内宠物食品市场依旧追求动物性蛋白，对宠物素食食品的研究基本为空白。文章综述了国内外宠物素食食品营养的相关研究，包括宠物素食食品的起源发展、营养成分与适口性评估，展望了国内宠物素食食品的发展趋势。并基于前人研究成果，讨论分析了宠物素食食品的可行性和亟待解决的问题，旨在为国内宠物素食食品的应用提供参考，也为研究素食食品对犬、猫的影响提供新思路。综合来看，宠物素食食品具有广阔的发展前景，但仍需进一步研究和应用，以满足不同情况下宠物的营养需求和健康需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, pet vegetarian food has received increasing attention overseas. With the continuous growth of the market, its nutritional value and application research have also gradually increased. But currently, the domestic pet food market still pursues animal protein, and there is basically no research on pet vegetarian food. This paper reviews the relevant research on the nutrition of pet vegetarian food at home and abroad, including the origin and development of pet vegetarian food, nutritional composition and palatability evaluation, and looks forward to the development trend of pet vegetarian food in China. Based on previous research results, this article discusses and analyzes the feasibility and urgent issues of pet vegetarian food, aiming to provide reference for the application of pet vegetarian food in China and provide new ideas to further study the impact of pet food on dogs and cats. In summary, pet vegetarian food possesses significant potential for future development. However, further research and practical application are essential to meet the nutritional and health needs of pets under various conditions.更多还原
