在颗粒饲料生产中热敏类添加剂后喷涂技术研究进展

【摘要】 热敏类添加剂(益生菌、酶制剂、维生素等)现已被广泛应用于饲料生产,以提升饲料营养价值。颗粒饲料是现代畜禽养殖中不可或缺的饲料饲喂方式之一,具有调控营养、方便储运等诸多优势。然而,颗粒饲料生产中的高温会破坏热敏类添加剂的活性,因此,将热敏类添加剂有效地添加在颗粒饲料中的后喷涂技术受到越来越多的关注与研究。文章综述了热敏类添加剂的热敏特性及将其添加在颗粒饲料中的后喷涂技术研究现状、存在问题和发展方向,以期为相关研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Heat-sensitive additives(probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, etc.) have been widely used in feed production to improve the nutritional value of feed. Pellet feed is one of the indispensable feed feeding methods in modern livestock and poultry breeding. It has many advantages such as regulating nutrition and convenient storage and transportation. However, the high temperature in the production of pellet feed will destroy the activity of heat-sensitive additives. Therefore, the post-spraying technology that effectively adds heatsensitive additives to pellet feed has attracted more and more attention and research. In this paper, the heatsensitive characteristics of heat-sensitive additives and the research status, existing problems and development direction of post-spraying technology added to pellet feed were reviewed in order to provide a reference for related research.
