硒代蛋氨酸及其衍生物的生物学作用及在猪鸡上的应用

【摘要】 硒代蛋氨酸及其衍生物生物利用度高,安全性好,具有消炎、缓解热应激、缓解中毒、提高骨骼健康水平、改善生殖和乳腺功能等多种生物学作用。硒代蛋氨酸及其衍生物能够提高各种应激条件下猪、鸡的健康水平和生产性能。文章综述了硒代蛋氨酸及其衍生物的吸收代谢与生物安全性,生物学作用以及在猪、鸡上的应用,以期为其在猪、鸡生产中的应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Selenomethionine and its derivatives have high bioavailability, good safety, anti-inflammatory, relieve heat stress, relieve poisoning, improve bone health levels, improve reproductive and mammary gland function and other biological effects. Selenomethionine and its derivatives can improve the health level and performance of pigs and chickens under various stress conditions. Absorption and metabolism, biosafety, biological function, and application of selenomethionine and its derivatives in pigs and chickens were reviewed, in order to provide reference for their application in pigs and chickens production.
