水产养殖中酵母类产品的研究热点与趋势分析
Research Hotspots and Trends Analysis of Yeast-Based Products in Aquaculture
【摘要】 为了掌握水产养殖中酵母类产品的研究热点和未来发展趋势,本研究检索了2015年1月—2025年3月的Web of Science核心数据库中的相关文献共1 520篇,利用CiteSpace和Excel软件进行可视化分析。分析发现年发文量总体呈波动趋势,其中2016—2020年缓慢增长,到2021—2024年有所下降。文献的研究热点集中于酵母蛋白替代鱼粉、水产替抗产品的研发等方面。酵母相关产品在鱼饲料中的使用,能提升水产动物抗病毒、抗细菌能力;促进水产动物生长,改善水产动物肉质;促进鱼苗生长,提高鱼苗成活率。该领域的未来发展趋势聚焦于水质管理、低成本的酵母发酵技术,以及利用酵母类产品提高水产动物的健康水平和成活率。本研究的分析结果可以为酵母类产品在绿色水产养殖技术中的应用与推广提供重要的参考。
【Abstract】 To investigate the research hotspots and future development trends of yeast-based products in aquaculture, this study analyzes 1 520 relevant articles published between January 2015 and March 2025 in the Web of Science core collection using CiteSpace and Excel for visual analysis. The results show that the annual number of publications is fluctuated, with a slow increase from 2016 to 2020, followed by a decline from 2021 to 2024. The main research hotspots focus on the use of yeast protein as a substitute for fish meal and the development of yeast-based antibiotic alternatives in aquaculture. The use of yeast-related products in fish feed can enhance the antiviral and antibacterial abilities of aquatic animals; promote their growth and improve the meat quality; promote the growth of fish fry and increase their survival rate. Future research trends in this field are expected to concentrate on water quality management, cost-effective yeast fermentation technologies, and the application of yeast-based products to enhance the health and survival rates of aquatic animals. These findings can shed light on the application and promotion of yeast-based products in sustainable aquaculture practices.
