不同浸种处理和胁迫条件对神农架粉红杜鹃种子萌发的影响

【摘要】 为探究不同浸种处理和胁迫条件对分布于神农架的高山杜鹃种类粉红杜鹃种子萌发的影响,采用蒸馏水不同温度及时长浸种、不同浓度GA3溶液浸种、不同浓度NaCl溶液培养以及不同浓度PEG-6 000溶液培养粉红杜鹃种子。结果表明,最适合粉红杜鹃种子萌发的蒸馏水浸种处理为35℃浸种24 h,发芽率达97.33%,发芽势达94.00%,发芽指数为7.80。2 000 mg·L-1的GA3溶液浸种24 h,对粉红杜鹃种子萌发的促进效果最好,发芽率可达96.33%,发芽势为93.67%,发芽指数可达9.41。0.1%NaCl处理时,粉红杜鹃种子的发芽率为45.67%;0.4%NaCl处理时发芽率仅为6.67%;NaCl浓度超过于0.6%时完全不萌发。4%PEG-6 000溶液对粉红杜鹃种子萌发的促进效果最佳,发芽率为94.67%,发芽势为91.67%,PEG-6 000溶液浓度超过16%时,明显抑制粉红杜鹃种子的萌发和根系的伸长。本研究可为神农架粉红杜鹃种质资源的引种驯化及开发利用提供参考。

【Abstract】 To explore the effects of various seed imbibition treatments and stress conditions on the seed germination of R. oreodoxa var. fargesii from Shennongjia, the seeds of R. oreodoxa var. fargesii were imbibed with distilled water at different temperatures and time, imbibed with different concentrations of GA3 solution, incubated with different concentrations of NaCl solution, and incubated with different concentrations of PEG-6 000 solution. The results showed that the optimal conditions for germination was distilled water at 35 ℃ for 24 h, which yielded a germination rate of 97.33%,a germination potential of 94.00%,and a germination index of 7.80. The best germination promotion effect for R. oreodoxa var. fargesii seed germination was achieved by GA3 solution at 2 000 mg·L-1 for 24 h, resulting in a germination rate of 96.33%,and a germination potential of 93.67%,with a germination index of 9.41. In terms of stress conditions, the germination rate of R. oreodoxa var. fargesii seeds was 45.67% with 0.1% NaCl treatment, dropping to 6.67% with 0.4% NaCl treatment, and no germination occurred at concentration of NaCl above 0.6%. The application of a 4% PEG-6 000 solution had the more beneficial for germination, with a germination rate of 94.67% and a potential of germination of 91.67%. The germination potential of PEG-6 000 was 9.67%,and the germination index of R. oreodoxa var. fargesii was 9.41. 91.67%,PEG-6 000 solution concentration more than 16% significantly inhibited R. oreodoxa var. fargesii seed germination and root elongation. This study provides valuable insights that could facilitate the introduction and domestication of azalea germplasm from Shennongjia.
