超超临界1000MW机组锅炉热力特性试验研究
Analysis of Termal Characteristics on 1000MW Ultra-supercrtical Boiler
【摘要】 针对超超临界1000 MW机组锅炉,结合典型地区煤种易结焦特点,研究分析炉膛热负荷分布规律、烟气偏差、锅炉热效率、NO_x排放等特性。研究表明,其容积热负荷为74.6 kW/m~3,炉膛出口烟气温度偏差平均为154.4℃,偏差系数1.11,锅炉效率达到94.88%,NO_x排放浓度200.7 mg/m~3。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the ultra-supercritical 1000MW unit boiler, combined with the characteristics of coal types in typical areas, the distribution of furnace heat load, flue gas deviation, boiler thermal efficiency, NO_x emission and other characteristics were studied and analyzed. The results show that the volumetric heat load is 74.6kW/m~3, the flue gas temperature deviation at the furnace outlet is 154.4℃ on average, the deviation coefficient is 1.11, the boiler efficiency reaches 94.88%, and the NO_x emission concentration is 200.7mg/m~3.
