基于分布式人工智能的智能配电网自愈技术研究

【摘要】 我国电网正逐步进行智能化转型升级,智能电网的升级建设为配电网自愈技术的实现提供了有利条件。将分布式人工智能技术与电网自愈技术相结合,引入了分布式人工智能中的多智能体系统,分析智能体基本结构。电网自愈技术的目标是在最短的时间间隔内从故障中恢复,对此,针对电网自愈多智能体架构,在决策层设计对应的目标函数结合优化算法,最大限度地减少局部切换的操作时间,而在响应层将模糊控制器引入响应智能体,提高智能体的自主性,利用模糊控制器中的知识库和推理机制进一步提高系统的智能化程度。最后为了验证所提出基于分布式人工智能的智能配电网自愈系统的有效性,结合实际配电网设计对应的研究案例进行仿真验证,案例分析结果表明,所提出的方案对于智能配电网具有良好的自愈效果。

【Abstract】 China’s power grid is gradually undergoing intelligent transformation and upgrading, which provides favorable conditions for the realization of self-healing technology of distribution network. Distributed artificial Intelligence technology is combined with power grid self-healing technology, multi-agent system in distributed artificial Intelligence is introduced, and the basic structure of agent is analyzed. The goal of power grid self-healing technology is to recover from the impact of faults in the shortest time interval. The multi-agent architecture of power grid self-healing is focused on, in which the corresponding objective function is designed at the decision-making level combined with the optimization algorithm to minimize the operation time of local switching, while the fuzzy controller is introduced into the response agent at the response level to improve the autonomy of the agent. The knowledge base and inference mechanism in the fuzzy controller are used to further improve the intelligence of the system. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed intelligent distribution network self-healing system based on distributed artificial intelligence, simulation is carried out with the corresponding research case of the actual distribution network design. The case analysis results show that the proposed scheme has a good self-healing effect for the intelligent distribution network.
