【摘要】 OBE(outcome-based education)是一种以学习成果为导向的教育理念，聚焦于学生核心素养的塑造与实践能力的深度培育。动物学作为生物学领域的基础课程，具有理论性强、实践应用广泛且与科研创新联系紧密的特性。然而，传统教学模式往往侧重于知识灌输，在激发学生创新思维、提升实践操作能力以及培养科研素养方面存在明显不足。本研究深入剖析动物学课程改革的迫切性与必要性，旨在紧密契合OBE理念要求，构建科学合理的人才培养体系。在人才培养模式上，重点探索了教学、科研与创新创业深度融合的有效路径。通过优化课程设置、整合教学资源、搭建实践平台等一系列举措，将OBE理念深度融入动物学课程“教科创”一体化人才培养模式。这一模式不仅有助于学生实现知识、能力与素质的全面发展，强化其创新创造能力，还能使其更好地适应社会发展的多元需求，为培育契合时代发展、具备卓越生物学素养与创新能力的高素质人才提供坚实的理论支撑与切实可行的实践指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an education paradigm oriented toward learning outcomes, the OBE(outcome-based education) concept emphasizes the cultivation of students’ core competencies and the deep development of practical abilities, providing a clear direction for educational reform. Zoology, as an important foundational discipline in the field of biology, features courses that are highly theoretical, widely applicable in practice, and closely linked to scientific research and innovation. However, traditional teaching models often focus on knowledge transmission and show obvious shortcomings in stimulating students’ innovative thinking, enhancing practical skills, and cultivating research literacy. This study deeply analyzes the urgency and necessity of reforming zoology courses and aims to closely align with the requirements of the OBE concept to build a sound and rational talent cultivation system. In terms of innovating the talent cultivation model, this research focuses on exploring effective ways to integrate teaching, scientific research, and innovation-entrepreneurship deeply. Through a series of measures such as optimizing curriculum design, integrating teaching resources, and establishing practice platforms, the OBE concept is thoroughly incorporated into the integrated talent cultivation model of teaching, research, and innovation’ in zoology courses. This model not only helps students achieve comprehensive development in knowledge, skills, and qualities, strengthening their innovative and creative abilities, but also enables them to better meet the diverse demands of social development, providing solid theoretical support and practical guidance for nurturing high-quality talents with excellent biology literacy and innovative capacities that are well-suited to the needs of the times.更多还原
