乡村振兴背景下恩施特色农产品产业现状及发展

【摘要】 为了深化乡村振兴战略的实施，为当地经济注入活力，该文以湖北省恩施州为例，分析乡村振兴背景下湖北省特色农产品产业发展现状及面临的问题，发现当前主要存在特色农产品产业产销机制构建不足、农产品的加工效率和附加值相对较低等问题。针对上述问题，从完善特色农产品产业潜力挖掘、使特色农产品产业链完整等方面提出具体的建议，以此更好地发挥湖北省恩施州特色农产品的市场价值。研究表明，恩施地区具有多种类型的特色农产品，这些特色农产品市场价值较高；不断加强对当地特色农产品市场价值的深度挖掘，可助力恩施地区乡村全面振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to deepen the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and inject vitality into the local economy,the article takes Enshi County, Hubei Province as an example to analyze the development status and problems faced by the specialty agricultural product industry in Hubei Province in the context of rural revitalization. It is found that there are currently problems such as insufficient construction of the production and marketing mechanism of the specialty agricultural product industry and relatively low processing efficiency and added value of agricultural products. In response to the above problems,specific suggestions are put forward from aspects such as improving the potential of the specialty agricultural product industry and completing the specialty agricultural product industry chain, so as to better leverage the market value of specialty agricultural products in Enshi County, Hubei Province. Research shows that Enshi has many types of specialty agricultural products, and these specialty agricultural products have high market value; continuously strengthening the in-depth exploration of the market value of local specialty agricultural products can help the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Enshi.更多还原
