习识—培能—塑素 审形—会意—悟德—园艺植物种质资源学课程改革与思政建设研究

【摘要】 为响应国家对生物多样性保护和种质资源可持续利用的战略需求,教学团队对园艺植物种质资源学课程进行改革。采用“习识—培能—塑素”的教学理念,结合线上线下混合式教学、费曼学习法和对分学堂模式,强化学生自主学习能力和实践技能。通过“审形—会意—悟德”3个阶段,引导学生深入理解园艺植物的科学、文化和精神价值,实现个人品德的内化。改革实施后,学生的知识应用、动手能力、团队意识、专业素养和德悟内化水平显著提升,课程满意度提升,学生平均成绩和优秀率提高。课程改革有效促进教学相长,为培养具有创新精神和实践能力的农科人才提供新视角和方法。

【Abstract】 In response to the country’s strategic needs for biodiversity protection and sustainable use of germplasm resources,the teaching team reformed the horticultural plant germplasm resources curriculum. We should adopt the teaching concept of "learning-training-shaping", combine online and offline hybrid teaching, Feynman learning method and split school model to strengthen students’ independent learning capabilities and practical skills. Through the three stages of "examining shapes-understanding-understanding morality", students are guided to deeply understand the scientific, cultural and spiritual values of horticultural plants and realize the internalization of personal moral character. After the implementation of the reform, students’ knowledge application, hands-on ability, team awareness, professionalism and internalization of moral understanding have been significantly improved, course satisfaction has been improved, and student average scores and excellence rates have increased. The curriculum reform has effectively promoted the mutual improvement of teaching and learning, and provided new perspectives and methods for cultivating agricultural talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
