背光源模组技术的设计与优化

【摘要】 背光源模组是液晶显示模组的关键组成部分,其性能会直接影响液晶显示模组的显示效果。本文系统综述了背光源模组的最新研究进展,首先阐述了背光源模组的电子材料设计与优化,并介绍了背光源模组的工作原理、主要类型以及电子材料的基本特性和分类,随后深入探讨了当前背光源模组设计中存在的主要问题和挑战,并归纳了影响背光源模组性能的关键因素。在以上基础上,本文从材料设计、结构设计和制程设计三个维度提出了优化方案,并对这三种优化策略的实施效果进行了综合评估。本文的研究为背光源模组的电子材料设计与优化提供了系统的理论支持和实践指导,同时也为未来的研究方向和技术突破进行展望。

【Abstract】 The backlight unit(BLU) serves as a critical component in liquid crystal display(LCD) modules, whose performance directly determines the visual output quality of LCD panels. This paper systematically reviews recent research advancements in BLU technology. It first elaborates on the material design and optimization strategies for BLUs, including fundamental working principles, primary classifications, and the essential characteristics/categories of electronic materials. Subsequently, the study conducts an in-depth analysis of prevailing challenges and technical bottlenecks in contemporary BLU design, while identifying key performance-determining factors.Building upon this analysis, the paper proposes optimization strategies from three perspectives: material design, structural design, and process design. A comprehensive evaluation of the implementation effects of these optimization approaches is also conducted.This research offers systematic theoretical support and practical guidance for the material design and optimization of BLUs, while also providing insights into future research directions and potential technological breakthroughs.
