【摘要】 中华体育精神蕴含着强大的精神意志与深厚的文化底蕴，是高校公共体育课程思政的重要教学资源。将其融入高校公共体育课程思政教学，借助中华体育精神的内涵，使学生体悟中华体育精神的精髓，不仅有助于提升学生的综合素养、培育学生的爱国情怀，还能推动体育文化的感召与传播。然而，在实际融入过程中，受多种因素影响，融入现状并不理想，存在重视程度不足、融合方式单一、师资队伍短缺等问题，亟待创新。基于此，该文对中华体育精神融入高校公共体育课程思政的路径展开研究，通过剖析中华体育精神的内涵及其在高校公共体育课程中的教育价值，深入探究当前高校公共体育课程融入中华体育精神所面临的困境，并提出针对性的融入策略，包括重构公共体育课程体系、创新中华体育精神的融入方式、加强师资队伍建设以及完善高校公共体育课程思政评价机制等，以期为高校公共体育课程思政教学提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese sports spirit contains strong spiritual will and profound cultural heritage, and is an important teaching resource for curriculum ideological and political education in public physical education in universities. By integrating this spirit into the curriculum ideological and political education of public physical education in universities, it leverages the essence of Chinese sports spirit, enables students to understand the essence of Chinese sports spirit. This integration not only enhances students’ comprehensive literacy and cultivates their patriotism, but also promotes the appeal and dissemination of sports culture. However, in the actual integration process, due to various factors, the integration status is not ideal, and there are problems such as insufficient attention, single integration methods, and shortage of teaching staff, which urgently need innovation. Based on this, the paper studies the pathways for integrating the Chinese sports spirit into the curriculum ideological and political education of university public physical education. By analyzing the connotation of the Chinese sports spirit and its educational value in university public physical education courses, the paper explores the current difficulties faced by integrating the Chinese sports spirit into current university public sports courses, and proposes targeted integration strategies, including reconstructing the public physical education curriculum system, innovating the integration methods of Chinese sports spirit, strengthening the construction of teacher teams, and improving the curriculum ideological and political evaluation mechanism of public physical education in universities, aiming to provide a reference for curriculum ideological and political education in university public physical education.更多还原
