【摘要】 该文采用文献资料法与逻辑分析法，对辽宁省冬季文化、体育、旅游与商业融合发展的优势、困境及对策展开研究，旨在为打造冰雪经济发展的新业态、推动辽宁省冰雪经济高质量发展提供参考。研究表明，辽宁省冬季文体旅商融合发展的优势主要体现在资源、条件与机遇3个方面。现存困境包括：市场主体活力匮乏，多元参与机制不完善；文化挖掘不充分，品牌辨识度较低；产业链延伸不足，商业转化能力较弱；融合层次较浅，协同机制欠缺。为此，提出以下发展对策：激发市场主体活力，完善多元参与机制；强化文化赋能，打造辽宁冰雪融合品牌；延伸产业链条，提升商业转化能力；健全协同机制，构建融合发展统筹体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper studies the advantages, challenges and countermeasures of the integration development of winter culture, sports, tourism and commerce in Liaoning Province, aiming at providing reference for creating a new format of ice and snow economy development and promoting the high-quality development of ice and snow economy in Liaoning Province. The research holds that the advantages of winter cultural, sports, tourism, and commercial integration development in Liaoning Province are mainly reflected in three aspects: resource advantages, condition advantages and opportunity advantages. Its existing challenges include: It lacks vitality of market players and the multi-participation mechanism is imperfect; Cultural excavation is insufficient and brand recognition is low; Extension of industrial chain is insufficient and commercial transformation ability is weak; The level of integration is not deep and the coordination mechanism is insufficient.
