【摘要】 该研究采用文献资料、专家访谈以及实地调研等方法，对体育强国背景下校园冰雪运动普及发展的价值、困境及实施路径展开探讨。研究指出，校园冰雪运动能够推动我国冰雪运动普及，助力我国冰雪后备人才培养，促进学生身心全面发展。目前，校园冰雪运动发展面临诸多问题，具体表现为冰雪运动师资力量匮乏，学校冰雪场地不足，学校冰雪运动课程体系不完善，学校冰雪运动文化营造薄弱。基于此，提出校园冰雪运动建设实施路径：重视校园冰雪师资力量建设，优化师资配备；创新学校冰雪场地供给渠道，为校园冰雪运动开展奠定坚实基础；多措并举，构建系统性冰雪运动课程；厚植校园冰雪运动文化，推动校园冰雪运动高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study explores the value, difficulties and implementation paths of the popularization and development of campus ice and snow sports under the background of sports power through methods such as literature review, expert interviews and field research. The study holds that campus ice and snow sports can promote the popularization and development of ice and snow sports in China, assist in the cultivation of ice and snow sports talents, and promote the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health. At present, the development of campus ice and snow sports faces problems such as a shortage of ice and snow sports teachers; insufficient ice and snow sports facilities in schools; an incomplete ice and snow sports curriculum systemin schools, and a weak cultivation of ice and snow sports culture in schools. Based on this, the study proposes implementation paths for campus ice and snow sports construction: it attaches importance to the construction of ice and snow sports teaching staff and optimizes the allocation of teaching staff; it innovates the supply channels of school ice and snow venues to lay a solid foundation for the development of campus ice and snow sports; it takes multiple measures to participate and build a systematic ice and snow sports curriculum; it fosters a strong culture of campus ice and snow sports culture to promote the high-quality development of campus ice and snow sports.更多还原
