【摘要】 2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办，标志着奥运遗产可持续发展成为后冬奥时代首都高质量发展的战略命题。北京冬奥会留下了极其丰富的体育遗产，主要分为体育赛事遗产、体育设施遗产、体育社会遗产、体育科技遗产。而北京市作为我国政治中心、文化中心、国际交往中心、科技创新中心和历史文化名城，具有独特地位。该研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，系统解构冬奥遗产影响体育消费的作用机制，揭示其通过“四维遗产体系”激活首都体育消费活力的理论框架，以实现冬奥遗产价值转化。研究认为，北京市要深化赛事与消费融合，放大冬奥遗产影响力；促进资源共享与产业协同，拓展冬奥遗产辐射力；强化创新与制度支撑，增强遗产消费持续动力。力图明确以冬奥遗产为激活首都体育消费活力的重要抓手，为更好地促进首都体育消费持续增长提供理论支撑与实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics marked the sustainable development of Olympic heritage has become a strategic proposition for high-quality development in the post Winter Olympics era in the capital. The Beijing Winter Olympics left behind an extremely rich sports heritage, mainly divided into sports event heritage, sports facility heritage, sports social heritage, and sports technology heritage. As the political center, cultural center, international communication center, science and technology innovation center, and a famous historical and cultural city of our country, Beijing holds a unique position. This study systematically deconstructs the mechanism of the Winter Olympics heritage’s impact on sports consumption using methods such as literature review and logical analysis, revealing its theoretical framework for activating the capital’s sports consumption vitality through a "four-dimensional heritage system," in order to achieve the value transformation of the Winter Olympics heritage. The study suggests that Beijing should deepen the integration of events and consumption, amplify the influence of the Winter Olympics legacy, promote resource sharing and industrial synergy, expand the radiation power of the Winter Olympics heritage, strengthen innovation and institutional support, and enhance the sustained driving force for heritage consumption. It aims to clearly define the Winter Olympics legacy as an important means to activate the capital’s sports consumption vitality, providing theoretical support and practical basis for better promoting the sustained growth of sports consumption in the capital.更多还原
